Possible Family of John Calvin Green (born mid-late 1700s)

Please be advised that this family structure is not proven. Research is on-going and the extent of what I know is posted here. It is hoped that other researchers working on this line will contact me through the comment section below so we can collaborate on establishing the true family structure. The only verified child of John Calvin Green is Edwin/Edward Harmon Green (ca 1812-ca 1908). He married in Rutherford County, North Carolina, in 1839 and moved to Georgia by 1850. Except for a move to Gordon County before or about 1870 (he is enumerated there on the 1870 U.S. census), he resided in Bartow County, Georgia, until at least 1880. Sometime later, he and wife Nancy moved to St. Clair or Blount or Etowah County, Alabama, to live with his son, William Roland Green. Ed is presumed to have died there. His wife, Nancy Crow Smith, died in Alabama in 1896. They are said to be buried in the Old Pell City Cemetery, Pell City, St. Clair County, Alabama. See yesterday’s post for additional information. Contact me for source citations regarding the family of Edwin Harmon Green and Nancy Crow (Smith) Green.
